We’re conveniently located just one mile from the Salem Municipal Airport and Interstate 5. The Interstate provides direct access to Seattle, Portland, Eugene, and surrounding beautiful Oregon towns along I-5.

Our spacious grounds contain 126 total manufactured home sites, currently at capacity with owner-occupied manufactured homes. Our community is filled with high-quality homes, most of which are double-wide structures. Our greatest source of pride is our wonderful, long-term residents that bring a warm community presence to Meadowlark.
